Ingredients:
- Boerne Brand Habanero Rodeo
- 3 lb bag of wings
- Butter
- Garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
Method:
1. Turn grill on medium heat. Add all chicken wing pieces to the grill. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook chicken through- internal temp 165.
2. Take medium sauce pan and place over low-medium heat. Pour 8oz. Habanero Rodeo, stir in at least 6 tsp of butter until melted. Stir in at least 4 tsp of minced garlic
3. Place the wings in a large mixing bowl and pour the hot sauce over the top. Toss to coat. Enjoy!
